On behalf of a client, a leading and highly respected property developer in Cyprus, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and driven Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maximizing property sales and ensuring the commercial success of their extensive portfolio in both local and international markets.
Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
· Identify new market potentials and develop a network of new real estate agencies and other partners from various countries in order to create more sales opportunities.
· Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with existing clients through regular meetings, phone calls, and email communications.
· Identify and engage prospective clients, actively generating new business opportunities.
· Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring successful transactions that align with company goals.
· Represent the company at international exhibitions and events, effectively showcasing our properties to a global audience.
Positions Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance , Economics will be considered an advantage.
· At least 5 years of experience, preferably relevant.
· Excellent English, both written and spoken.
· Advanced computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office, Internet research, and Outlook
· Highly motivated, customer-focused, and organized, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
· Dynamic, ambitious, and reliable, with excellent communication skills.
Employer’s Details
Working hours: 9:00 – 18:00
A very attractive salary will be given (fixed and variable salary)
