Our client, a leading and highly respected property developer in Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and professional individual for the position of Civil Engineer.
Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
· Site supervision and coordination
· Project planning and record keeping
· Compliance with safety and health rules of the construction site
· Preparation of subcontractor payment certificates
· Work quality control
· Adherence to schedules
· Project metrics applications
Position’s Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
· Registered at ETEK
· Minimum professional experience of 5 years in construction projects
· Excellent knowledge of Autocad program
· Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages . The knowledge of Russian language will be considered an additional qualification
· Organizational skills
· Character integrity
Working hours: 9:00 – 18:00
