Our client, a leading and highly respected property developer in Pafos, is seeking to recruit a professional individual for the position of IT Support.
Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain the computer and network systems of the organization.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues.
- Provide 1st level technical support.
- Setting up computer networks and assisting employees and customers with IT-related problems.
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
- Maintain the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Communicate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Position’s Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineer, Computer Science, or any other related field.
- At least 3-5 years of similar work experience.
- Advanced knowledge in commonly used Windows operating systems.
- Experience with networking protocols/ servers/ virtualization.
- Any further certification will be held as an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Exemplary problem-solving skills.
Employer’s Details
Salary range: €22,000 – €28,000 gross annually
Working hours: 9:00 – 18:00
