Cyprus will be experiencing rainy weather during the weekend and on Monday as low pressure areas affect the region.

According to the Meteorological service, rains are expected over the weekend specifically in inland areas.

Temperatures will reach 38 degrees inland, 34 in coastal areas, and 30 degrees in the mountains.

Tonight the weather will be mainly sunny, but a thin mist and low cloud cover is expected to be formed. The temperatures will drop to 21 degrees in the west coast, around 23 degrees inland and other coastal areas, and 18 degrees in the mountains.

During the weekend, the weather will be mainly sunny, but expected clouds will possibly produce local showers and isolated storms mainly in inland areas.

On Monday the weather will be mostly sunny but during the afternoon higher cloud cover will increase mainly in the mountainous areas.
