On behalf of a client, a group of companies operating in the industry of Hotel Management, we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant and Revenue Management.
The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy financial reporting of hotel revenues.
Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
Revenue Management & Financial Reporting:
· Monitor, analyze, and report daily hotel revenue streams (rooms, food & beverage, events, other services).
· Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of revenue against occupancy rates, ADR, RevPAR, and other KPIs.
· Work with the Front Office, Sales, and Revenue Management teams to validate revenue data and transactions.
· Assist in preparing financial statements, profit & loss (P&L) reports, and revenue forecasts.
· Conduct revenue audits to detect discrepancies and report findings to management.
· Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls.
· Support the annual budgeting process and financial planning.
Position’s Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other related field.
· 3+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on revenue management.
· Experience in the hospitality industry or hotels is highly preferred.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
Salary: up to €26,000 gross
