A missing British national that went missing on Monday has been found alive but is now undergoing medical treatment.
According to the police, the 61-year-old was found at around 9pm on Monday in an abandoned building in Peyia in Paphos.
Officers from the police, Coast Guard and the Civil Defence had joined forces to track down the man since 10am on Monday. Two vehicles and 11 officers combed the area before he was eventually found. A friend had earlier reported him missing to the police. The man had been experiencing health problems prior his disappearance.
The authorities had not named the missing man or released a photo of him.
